AN INVITATION TO YOU

The national outdoor advertising campaign for the 2008 Alpha Invitation was launched on 1st September 2008. Advertising will run on billboards, buses and at train stations and underground platforms. The campaign is UK wide from Falkirk to Folkestone, Sunderland   to Southend-on-sea and from Cardiff to Coleraine.

The campaign will raise awareness of the Alpha course and encourage potential guests to find a course near where they live, work or study via the alpha.org website. The website was also refreshed on 1st September to support the campaign and engage visitors by giving them the opportunity to participate in the national campaign by answering the question- ‘If God did exist what would you ask?’ Visitors can suggest questions and also view the questions being asked by people across the UK.

Here in Spalding Churches Together will be running an Alpha Course under the banner of HOPE08 at Bookmark Cafe in The Crescent, Spalding.

An Alpha Party took place on Saturday 27^th September at 7.30pm in Bookmark Cafe, for people to hear about the course in a relaxed atmosphere.

The course will be on Thursday Evenings at 7pm from the 9^th October to 11^th December inclusive and we will also have a special day away on Saturday 8^th November.
