The Church from Spalding's Ayscoughfee Gardens
The Church
You will find us in Church Street, close to Spalding town centre, alongside the
river. Follow the brown Tourist signs towards Ayscoughfee Hall, and the church stands
next to Ayscoughfee Gardens. Our church has been in regular use for Christian worship
to the glory of God, and for service to the local community, from at least 1284 AD - possibly
earlier. Click for a Map.
The Parish
Church of England. We work closely with the other two Anglican churches in Spalding -
St Paul's and St John the Baptist. Together with many other churches in the area we are
Counselling Service, and in Hope 2008.
We welcome you
You will find a warm welcome at all our services, whether you live in the parish or are
a visitor to the area. Please use the menu on the left side of this page to learn more
about the activities and fellowship here at the Parish Church of St. Mary & St. Nicolas.

Tea and coffee is normally available 10.30 am - 11.00 am on Sunday in our church coffee lounge: a popular time for informal fellowship, and a chat with friends and visitors.
