SPACE4U has been set up by a group of local churches in Spalding - Anglican, Methodist and United Reformed - in response to a clear need within this area.
It consists of two parts:
1 A listening minister
During opening hours, a minister of a local church will be available for anyone who would like to talk to them or pray with them.
This service is free,
and is open to all, whatever their beliefs.
2 A counselling service
- a professional counselling service
- open to all (from 13 years up)
- particularly those who could not otherwise access counselling
- run according to the standards and Ethical Framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
- cost according to clients' ability to pay
